  • Use Whatsapp Cloud API based software used by clients to send campaigns and other messages through Whatsapp API.

Withdrawing consent: If processing relies on consent (express or implied per law), consent can be withdrawn at any time via details in contact.

Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing nor processing on other lawful grounds where permitted.

Opting out of marketing: Unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to SMS or contacting via contact; service messages may still be sent.

Account Information

  • Log in to account settings to update the user account.

On termination request, accounts are deactivated or deleted from active databases; some information may be retained for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, investigations, legal terms enforcement, and legal compliance.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Browsers and some mobile systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting, but no uniform standard is finalized; DNT signals are not currently responded to. If a standard is adopted that must be followed, this Notice will be updated.
