Every great company starts with a fundamental frustration. For us, it was the "SaaS sprawl."
Before Cleak, we were building and managing digital operations for businesses. We watched firsthand as business owners drowned in browser tabs. They were forced to use one tool for WhatsApp marketing, another for billing, a third for inventory, and a fourth for team tasks.
None of these systems talked to each other. Data was siloed. Subscriptions were piling up to thousands of dollars a year. The complexity of running the software was outweighing the complexity of running the actual business.
"Software should adapt to the business, not force the business to adapt to the software. We realized the world didn't need another isolated app. It needed a unified ecosystem where data flows effortlessly from a click to a transaction to a delivery."
Instead of accepting this broken standard, we decided to build our own operating system from the ground up. An ecosystem where an order placed in an E-com store automatically updates inventory, triggers billing, and sends a WhatsApp confirmation—instantly, seamlessly, and without third-party duct tape like Zapier.

Rohan Hulsure
Co-founder & CTO
Rohan leads the engineering and architectural foundation of Cleak. He is responsible for building a robust, infinitely scalable multi-tenant infrastructure. From ensuring 99.99% uptime to seamlessly syncing millions of data points across E-commerce, POS, and Meta's WhatsApp APIs in real-time, Rohan engineers the quiet power behind Cleak's simplicity.
